Credits Belong
to One User
They can’t be pooled or
shared across the team —
each seat draws from its
own monthly allocation.
They Reset
Every Month
Unused credits don’t roll
over. The balance resets on
the subscription’s monthly
anniversary.
Run Out? Move Up
A user who runs out
mid-cycle can move to the
next tier or add a credit-pack
top-up. Mid-cycle upgrades
are supported, and each user
holds one seat per tier.
Credit rates match the generative credits used in Creative Cloud plans.
